TotaalBeleving organized an inspiring activity at the Grote Kerk The Hague for the municipality of The Hague. The goal was to creatively and custom-tailor the new strategic pillars of the municipality to the employees. This resulted in a dynamic and interactive program that was both connecting and inspiring.
One of the highlights of the event was creating an original song, "Gemeente Den Haag, Daar kom ik graag" (The Municipality of The Hague, I gladly come there). A group of about 20 employees performed this song for the entire audience. This was not only a fantastic way to strengthen team spirit but also to embed the strategic pillars memorably and musically within the organization.
In addition to the musical activity, an art project was set up led by the renowned instructor Lucienne, known from "Op zoek naar Rembrandt" (In Search of Rembrandt). The task was to translate the municipality’s strategic themes into art. This resulted in a beautiful and meaningful creation where the municipality’s vision and mission came to life visually. The impressive setting of the Grote Kerk contributed to the inspiring atmosphere and made the experience even more special for the participants.
